Our office building at 1500 Ollie Ln will be CLOSED on Wednesday, April 30th. 

PEC will be performing maintenance/upgrades to our area and we will be without power for the day. Production staff will be operating from other locations and field crews will remain active in an effort to maintain our deadlines. Administrative staff will have limited access to files and systems. Elevation Certificates

FEMA Elevation Certificates may be necessary for many reasons. Often required for permitting and/or obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy for new construction, or useful to negotiate flood insurance rates on an existing home.​
