Elevation Certificates

FEMA Elevation Certificates may be necessary for many reasons. Often required for permitting and/or obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy for new construction, or useful to negotiate flood insurance rates on an existing home.​

Cuplin & Associates Land Surveyors and Planners Inc. is a premier land surveying and planning company in Central Texas and has been operating since March 2007. 

 

We use cutting edge technology and quality products to provide timely services at a reasonable cost to a wide variety of clientele in the State of Texas.

Our clients cover the spectrum: from residential homeowners and property owners, banks, real estate agents, contractors, ranchers, to governmental bodies. Cuplin & Associates’ Municipal Division is overseen by Kyle P. Cuplin, R.P.L.S.

Cuplin’s Municipal Division is dedicated to providing high quality land surveying and infrastructure planning services for local municipalities – geared to the growth of the Highland Lakes area.
   
Cuplin & Associates, Inc. is owned and managed by Kyle P. Cuplin, R.P.L.S. and Burnet County native James Boyd.
